Jean Lee Farmer is the Programme Manager: Staff Support, Monitoring & Evaluation at the Centre of the Advancement of Social Impact and Transformation.
This is her 18th year working at Stellenbosch University, where she has been a writing consultant, tutor, lecturer, and Teaching & Learning advisor (DLTE) before taking up her current position.
Jean attained her BA (Hons) at the University of the Western Cape. She has an MPhil in Inter-Cultural Communication and a PhD (SU) entitled, Narratives of Black Women Academics in Higher Education South Africa: An autoethnography from Stellenbosch University.
